^ Primary Carnival ^

So I have to say REXBURG set a really high bar for Primary Carnivals!
we went to our West Chester Carnival tonight and the combination between HIGH expectations and shy kids made the night a little crazy:(

But we got some SWEET teeth.
And Maddilyns face painted!
Liam would NOT hold still long enough to get a picture of him, but that is Liam, getting faster everyday!
Love you and Miss you

Tuesday = Play Group!

There is a very sweet girl who has set up a Play Group every Tuesday here in Ohio and we are so EXCITED to get out and explore the new Parks with our new friends. So today we went to Sharon Woods Park and it was half park and half water park! Perfect for the 90 degree weather! Liam, oh Liam... he found this REALLY cute stream that all the SMALL babies linger around and decides to DRINK the water!
*GROSS*

After we found a new place for Liam to play he was so Happy!
I wish you could HEAR the sounds of excitement that this little boy was making.

There was a random Saber Tooth Tiger on top of these rocks that was a Main Attraction for my kids they had to climb up and ride the kitty!

The water would shoot out of these holes RANDOMLY and the girls thought that was so fun!
We have just started in our journey away from family but I have already been so happy that my kids have each other! We have set up a few play dates and we have found some really neat families, but also ran into some people who are ... different... then us. I have cherished watching my children grow closer and play together!

Maddilyn can use her imagination and turn any play ground into a Pirate Ship or a obstacle course, and she can always count on Kael WANTING to play whatever big sister has thought up!

The Kids had a lot of fun today!
So did I!

Fathers Day (away from home)

Well, here we are in Cincinnati Ohio, celebrating our first holiday away from home! We did our Sunday routine with Daddies in our hearts and in our minds.

We had Daddy open his few presents!

Kory being silly with his girls!

And a GREAT BIG squeeze from Mister Mister!
Then it hit me normally we would be chaotically re-combing hair, loading the van, finishing up a last minute food assignment, and telling the kids we are going to see Grandma, Grandpa & cousins. But we weren't! We had celebrated our Fathers Day a little different this year, and I will stand behind what I have said from the beginning "as long as we are together, EVERYTHING will work out" but that doesn't mean we don't miss ALL of our Family and Friends, especially during the holidays. You get use to the noise and the action, and look forward to it, and we will look forward to the next time we can be with family again!
Love and Miss You!

Daddy Daughter Date

This week there was a grand opening for a Chick-filet just a few minutes away from our place. Because of Father's Day they made it a daddy daughter date night. Kory and the girls went and had a blast. They gave the girls red carnations, sat at a fancy table, had free milkshakes, and then topped the date off with a carriage ride.
